Permethrin

Permethrin is a topical antiparasitic medicine used to treat lice and scabies. It works by paralyzing and killing the parasites and their eggs. Applied to the skin or scalp, it must be used exactly as directed to be effective and avoid reinfestation. Mild skin irritation may occur but is usually temporary.
