  4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request according to your preference:
    • Exchange: We’ll ship you a replacement item (if available).
    • Store Credit: We’ll issue store credit for the full purchase price.
    • Refund: We’ll refund your original payment method for the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the return was due to our error.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns for opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
