Weight training not only builds muscle but it also creates an energy demand in the body. This forces the body to identify and breakdown excess fat in other parts of the body to meet this demand.
You have often heard or read about the link between stress and food. Certain people react to stress by over or under eating. An added angle to this is that the foods eaten are often unhealthy for example candy. Stress levels have to be managed during the program. It is important for one to engage in recreational activity to address this.
In summary, you need to write up a balanced diet plan, develop a suitable physical exercise regimen and aim for a reduction in stress levels – add in a bit of fat loss exercise, and you will be shedding pounds in no time at all!
